Alliance Mortgage Fund

Some investors find it easier to diversify with trust deed investments through ownership of mortgage funds. Alliance Mortgage Fund is a registered mortgage Real Estate Investment Trust (mREIT) that works similarly to a mutual fund. Investors purchase membership interest in the fund. The fund then invests in real estate secured loans known as trust deeds. The trust deeds provide income to the fund. The fund then distributes the income to the fund members with monthly cash distribution, or growth through reinvestment. Mortgage funds make it easy for investors to diversify their investments by owning a small portion of many trust deeds. Minimum investment is $100,000.
